The LibreTexts team is happy to announce that this year's annual LibreFest will be held virtually on July 17, 19, and 21, 2023. Sessions will begin at 9 am PST.  This virtual, hands-on workshop will provide three half days of teaching and working sessions covering how to create Open Education Resources (OER), how to modify existing OER to build textbooks and other learning resources, as well as how to use our new Conductor project management platform, and ADAPT open homework and assessment system.  Office hours will be held on Tuesday, July 18, and Thursday, July 20 from 9 - 10 am PST to answer questions and assist participants with their homework. This year we will also have an open forum at the end of each work day (MWF) from 2 - 3 pm PST, and an end of LibreFest happy hour on Friday from 2 - 3 pm PST. By the end of the week all participants will have created, or adapted, an OER that can be used, or further modified for their future courses.

Accounts on the appropriate LibreTexts libraries, as well on our Conductor, Studio, and ADAPT platforms will be created for each participant prior to the workshop.

The registration fee for this workshop is $35 which includes a special edition LibreTexts 15th anniversary t-shirt and assorted small swag. LibreNet consortium members are eligible for full or partial fee waivers; please contact us for more information about joining the LibreNet or to obtain the fee waiver code for your campus: info@libretexts.org.

Registration is open until July 14 at 5pm PST.
